So President Bush finally will get his way and Mexican trucks will start delivering goods all over America. This is insanity and a total disregard for the safety of American citizens driving on U.S. highways and freeways. Anyone who has spent any amount of time in Mexico, and I have spent plenty, knows just how bad many of these trucks and drivers are. Even if the equipment is checked for safety, most Mexican drivers do not understand, or know, our driving laws and procedures. DOT can't even check all the U.S. trucks for safety and driver compliance, but they can find the time to adequately inspect Mexican trucks?
Innocent Americans will die in horrible traffic accidents caused by badly maintained Mexican trucks along with poorly trained Mexican drivers. This is not a racist statement. It is fact! The death rates on Mexican highways is proof enough for that.
Shame on you Mr. Bush. What blackmail did ol' Vicente have on you anyway.

So Rudy Giuliani tells a gathering in California that he cleaned up NYC with gun control, and he understands the 2nd Amendment, and what he did would have no effect on hunting! This from a man who wants to be president? A man who has no understanding of the 2nd amendment and he wants to be president.
Rudy did an outstanding job leading New Yorkers during and after the 9/11 tragedy. Trial by fire is the ultimate test, and Rudy passed with flying colors, but, how can a man with so little reverence for the 2nd amendment run for president as a republican?
Where did men like Rudy lose the desire to be free. What teachings or lifes influences led them to think that  people not  free to defend themselves and property are truly free. 
If America is to remain strong and free we must elect men and women that know and understand the reason for the 2nd amendment.
